Selection & Training Process

  • Induction in the force is made on qualifying aptitude, intelligence, physical, written and other tests.
  • Selected personnel have to compulsorily undergo training in our own training center and pass out courses for designated rank.
  • Personnel being routed on yearly basis or earlier in specific cases, chances of click formation are very rare.
  • Unit personnel are directly responsible to the clients for execution of all orders and assigned tasks.
  • Personnel being routed periodically.
  • Since free of cost barrack type accommodation is being provided at the site of the work or in the nearest location, reinforcement of personnel at short notice is ensured.
  • Monitoring system consists of frequent routine checks and mass raid which keep the personnel well turned out, disciplined, attentive and alert at all time.
  • Vigilance team commanded by a Sr. Manager from the Head Quarters, keeps vigilant eye on the functioning of our Regional/Branch offices in the units and enable us to detect lapses in setup to take necessary steps.
  • Clients are visited confidentially by our vigilance staff to find out their views and shortcomings in services for improvement.
  • A supervisory practice consists of comprehensive written plans. Policies and procedures to establish effective guidelines for operational duties and responsibilities of our personnel.
  • Training program of guards should be specializing as per requirement of clients.
